Conference registration fee for authors with an accepted full paper is as below:

The registration fee includes the following items:
- Certificate of Presentation/ Participation
- Video records for his/her presentation part
- Conference Proceedings (CD form)
- Conference Welcome Packet (only for onsite conference)
- Lunch & Dinner on November 21, 2024 (only for onsite conference)
- Coffee Breaks (only for onsite conference)
- Hard Copy of the Conference Program Guide (only for onsite conference)
- Presentation/Social Activities (only for onsite conference)
- Electronic Copy of the Conference Program Guide
Important Notes:
- At least one author from each accepted paper must present their work in person at the conference. Otherwise, the paper will be removed from the conference proceedings and program.
- The accepted and presented papers will be published the conference proceedings online. The registration fee is the same for authors attending the onsite conference, online conference or both.
- If the first author or corresponding author is a student, please present related documentation of your student status to the committee for the preferential registration fee.
- If the author wants to withdraw manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply. Cancellations received before November 5, 2024 will be returned in full minus the administrative charge of USD 100 / CNY 600. Cancellations made after November 5, 2024 will not be refunded. Refunds will be given following the conclusion of the meeting.
- Force Majeure: The Organizer cannot accept or bear responsibility, refund or any compensation if the conference is prevented or affected by force majeure.
Conference registration fee for participants with no accepted papers is as below:
