Regular Registration fees include the following:

Notes:
- Accommodation at the hotel covers breakfast.
- The registration fee does not include:
- Accommodation
- Visa application fee
- Transportation fee
- Only one author is free of charge to attend the conference for one accepted paper. Extra authors or the accompanying person should pay the special registration fee.

Cancellations must be made in writing by email to secretary@iceeep.org.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after October 19, 2018. Hotel reservations must be canceled 10 days in advance. - Conference organizing committee reserves all rights in the explanation of above terms.
